REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If within 7 days you decide it's not for you, I will refund your purchase price as long as the item(s)is in it's original and undamaged condition. Please contact me prior to returning your item so that I know that the item is being returned and why. You are responsible for postage and insurance. I will refund your money once I receive the item(s) back. If an exchange suits you better, I can do that as well.

Custom orders where the item has been personalized, cannot be returned.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S.A)

My choice of shipping is USPS, with delivery confirmation for US orders. Shipping is offered daily, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 5 working days from receipt of your order for the shipping process to begin. Currently, I ship only on Mondays and Fridays.

Many of my items are stocked and ready for shipment. Although, made to order and custom orders, will take longer to ship. Please contact me prior to your purchase to check on immediate availability.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I love to ship internationally and have not had ANY problems to date! I don't charge outrageous shipping rates! However, there is no delivery confirmation for international orders. I will do my best to ensure the delivery of your item, but if your customs or immigration seizes the item, there is nothing I can do about it. I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. If you wish to have your purchase sent by registered mail, please contact me for this option. You will pay the exact fee that the US post office and/or UPS charges me...and not a penny more.

INSURANCE

Please contact me if you would like your package insured.

These policies exist to protect my interests and the interests of my other customers. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of these policies.

In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear, I will gladly repair them free of charge within 3 months from the date of shipping. After three months, I will repair your items for a small fee. Please review my policy on care of your jewelry. Additional Policies and FAQs

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY

All jewelry should be handled with care, jewelry from the Jira Collection are works of art as is all jewelry and they are not meant to be worn in the shower, to bed or while swimming. Thus, with the proper care, you will have a lifetime of use and enjoyment from these pieces.
